Private repairs : In addition to providing a comprehensive accident/motor body repair service we fully appreciate the inconvenience when a vehicle is involved in a road accident and will always endeavour to do everything we can to minimise this. We also know some people prefer to have their vehicles estimated on site e.g. at home or work and this is a service we can offer. Our estimators always practice openness in discussions about the level of work required and offer genuine guidance to allow customers to make appropriate decisions.
Commercial repairs: Our specialty in managing fleet repairs means that if you have one vehicle or a fleet of vehicles we offer a comprehensive and cost effective service without any compromise on quality or service. We appreciate the need for regular and concise updates on work progress and the crucial requirement for a minimum of downtime.
We believe strongly in freedom of choice and with this in mind always advise our customers that if they are involved in a road traffic accident they have the right to exercise this when choosing their preferred repairer.
